Tim Minard, Founder and CEO of Minard Enterprises has dedicated his entire career to the pursuit of excellence, both in life and in business.

Minard has a tremendous track record of building businesses through growth phases or turnaround scenarios, mainly in gaming, technology, sports, and entertainment. His businesses have taken him around the world meeting diplomats, celebrities, Royalty and leaders. He is widely regarded as one of the most respected and influential figures in these industries.

Minard serves as CEO of Eclipse Gaming Systems, a global gaming machine manufacturer. Over the past 6 years he has more than doubled the size of the company and Eclipse has been nominated three times for culture of the year and was awarded the Culture Creator of the Year Supply Chain Leader of the Year. He was recently named Georgia’s Entertainment Entrepreneur of the Year.

Minard founded the “Beyond the Game” philanthropic initiative, where he inspires employees to turn their successes into miracles. He Chairman of the MWF Foundation dedicated to Peace, Positivity and Prosperity, where he commissioned the Martin Luther King, Jr. statue to the City of Atlanta. Other organizations he supports include the East Lake Foundation, Chris Tucker Foundation, Jamie Foxx Foundation and many other organizations focused on youth, Historical Black Colleges (HBCU), Diversity Equity and Inclusion, veterans, Alzheimer’s, women’s empowerment, and education.
